When a customer touches any branch, the conversation reaches the right team with full context.

That is the job. When someone interacts with any of your locations, you want the thread to land with the correct team — already in context — so you resolve faster and measure everything. Everythink mirrors your org as a live topology: holding = network, branch = community, area = room with its real polygon. The space is the router.

The multi-branch routing console.

One whitelabel shell over the whole chain. Conversations route by geography and meaning down through network → community → room, and each branch reads its own panel and KPIs under P-E1.

Problem · Agitate · Solve

Hundreds of locations. One support number.

Here is how a multi-branch chain actually runs today — and the topology that replaces it.

Problem

One inbox for a whole network.

Hundreds of branches, a single support line. A complaint about one location gets answered by someone who does not even know where it is. National promotions roll out blind to the reality of each neighborhood — the same offer, the same script, everywhere.

Agitate

Omnichannel without geography is a giant inbox.

The cost is hidden, and it compounds: longer resolution times, customers who quietly stop coming back, and zero per-location traceability to decide anything. You cannot route what you cannot place, and you cannot improve what you cannot measure branch by branch.

Solve

A topology that mirrors your organization.

Holding = network, branch = community, area = room with its real polygon . Every conversation is routed by geography and meaning to the right room — sales, complaints, HR — and reflected in that location's own panel. Full whitelabel production , assistants with localized avatar and voice, documented governance, and KPIs under protocol P-E1.

The space is the router

Three levels, drawn on the map — not buried in a queue.

Your org chart becomes a routable space. Each level has a name your teams already use, and a real boundary on the map.

Branch = Community

Branch = Community Production

Each location is a community on the map. A thread that belongs to a branch lands in that branch's panel — with the context of where it actually is.

Area = Room

Area = Room Production

Sales, complaints, HR — each area is a room with its real polygon. Routing is by geography and semantics, so the message reaches the right team in the right place.

What CTOs and CIOs get

Route by geography and meaning — then govern and measure it.

A chain does not need a bigger inbox. It needs a structure that places every conversation, an assistant that speaks each location's language, and a governance trail you can defend.

  • Topology mirroring the org — network → community → room, the same shape as your holding, branches and areas.
  • Routing by geography and semantics — each conversation reaches the correct room and surfaces in that location's panel.
  • Full whitelabel — your brand end to end, with avatar and localized voice assistants per location.
  • Documented governance — consent, provenance and contestability, per papers P-A6 / P-B5.
  • Per-location KPIs under P-E1 — resolution and quality measured branch by branch, under a defined protocol.

Why topology beats a bigger inbox.

Each capability keeps its honesty state. The status glyph sits with the feature.

Org-mirroring topology Holding, branch and area map to network, community and room.The conversation lands where the work happens, not in a shared pile.
Routing by geography & semantics Each room has its real polygon; meaning and place decide the target.A neighborhood complaint reaches that neighborhood's team, in context.
Full whitelabel Your brand end to end, with localized avatar and voice assistants.Customers meet your network, not a generic vendor chat.
Documented governance Consent, provenance and contestability per P-A6 / P-B5.A defensible trail when a decision is questioned or audited.
Per-location KPIs under P-E1 Resolution and quality measured branch by branch.You can finally compare locations and act on the numbers.
Published design case

QSR multi-location, designed for compliance.

A published design case shows the topology applied where geography and regulation both matter.

Conversational commerce for a multi-location QSR

We published a design for conversational commerce across a multi-location quick-service restaurant chain: the network maps the holding, each restaurant is a community on the map, and order, support and HR flows are rooms with their own polygons. Routing is by geography and meaning, and every interaction is reflected in the local panel.

The design is built for LGPD compliance and minor protection — consent, provenance and contestability are first-class, following papers P-A6 / P-B5, with KPIs tracked under P-E1.
