Enterprise-grade, because the space is the router.
Most conversational platforms treat every message the same. Everythink routes each conversation by topology — network → community → room — so a multi-location chain gets the right branch, the right team, and the right context before it answers. Production since 2016.
One console, three placeholders — labelled, honest, not faked.
This is where a chain operator lives: conversations land by branch, the topology is visible, and governance KPIs sit alongside the security posture. Real screenshots drop into these exact slots.

Illustrative — real product screenshots coming soon.
Your context is geographic. Your system should know that before it replies.
An order placed at the Palermo branch is not a complaint filed in Córdoba. Most enterprise conversational tools fail for one reason: they flatten every conversation into one queue. Everythink does the opposite.
- ✓Network — your brand, your whitelabel app, one identity across every location.
- ✓Community — each branch is a real polygon on the map, with its own panel and its own team.
- ✓Room — a functional area inside a branch: orders, claims, promotions each land where they belong.
- ✓Every level routes by topology — in production since 2016, not a 2026 promise. ✅
Built for a chain, not bolted onto one.
Each capability below carries its real honesty state. We never upgrade a Partial or Roadmap item to Production.
- ✓Per-branch & per-area routing ✅ — orders, complaints and promotions reach the right room and surface on the right branch's panel.
- ✓Full whitelabel ✅ — your app, your brand: web + iOS + Android.
- ✓Multi-tenant with isolation ✅ — each organization instantiates its own topology on a shared substrate, formalized in paper P-A2.
- ✓Per-organization integrations ✅ — your own credentials per network (email, SMS, Zapier/Make/n8n); ERP and dashboard connectors follow the integration architecture in P-B4.
- ⚠️Governance & compliance by design ⚠️ 🔵 — consent, provenance of automated actions and contestability (P-A6/P-B5); treatment of minors' data and LGPD / Argentine data-protection frameworks are addressed in our enterprise proposals. Partial today, on the roadmap for the rest.

One brand across every location Production
Whitelabel network, web and native, with a single sign-in. The chain looks like one product, even as each branch operates its own room map.

Isolated multi-tenancy Production
Tenants share substrate, never data. The isolation model is published, not assumed — paper P-A2.

Here is our real posture, in standard industry language — the state we'll show you under due diligence.
Honest by design
We run an active hardening program: findings are catalogued under OWASP / CWE / PCI classes with a prioritized remediation plan (secret management, card-data tokenization, CORS policy). The defensive threat model is published as a paper, P-A9. Our commitment: no guarantee is asserted until its mechanism is implemented and measured — that is, literally, a theorem in our series. Ask us for the remediation status during due diligence and we'll show it.
| Feature | Advantage | Benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Active hardening program ✅ | Findings catalogued under OWASP / CWE / PCI classes | You evaluate a known, named posture — not marketing adjectives |
| Prioritized remediation plan ✅ | Secret management, card-data tokenization, CORS policy in order of risk | Predictable closure path you can audit, not a black box |
| Published threat model (P-A9) ✅ | The defensive model is a paper, not a slide | Your security team reviews the reasoning, not just the claim |
| Governance & compliance controls ⚠️ | Consent, provenance and contestability per P-A6 / P-B5 | A clear line between what's enforced today and what's still on the roadmap 🔵 |
How we qualify the deal, in the open.
A pilot scoped to one branch, then expansion by community. Pricing follows network scope, not seats.

Metrics
We define measurable KPIs together under our P-E1 protocol: end-to-end latency, automation rate, routing accuracy and human fallback.

Economic buyer
Whitelabel license + subscription + transactional fee. Pricing is scoped to network reach, not per seat.

Decision criteria & process
A pilot scoped to a single branch, then expansion community by community — the topology is the rollout plan.

Identify pain
Overflowing channels, data trapped in silos, and no traceability per location — the three reasons chains stall.
Champion
We work hand-in-hand with your innovation team, backed by complete C4 architecture documentation.

Decision documentation
Architecture review and the security program are both part of the demo — bring your CTO and your security lead.

One session: a walk through the network → community → room topology, a live look at routing, and the real state of our hardening program.
