A changelog you can verify line by line.
Built in the Keep a Changelog style, kept honest. Every entry below is a real, shipped change — nothing inflated, nothing aspirational dressed up as done. Versioned by milestone, not semver, until our first commercial release.
Only real, verifiable changes.
We follow Keep a Changelog (keepachangelog.com), adapted to our reality. We version by milestone rather than semver until the first commercial release. The honesty states below travel with each capability — a Roadmap item is never quietly promoted to Production.
Honest by design
Three states tell you exactly where each capability stands: Production shipped and running, Partial in progress, Roadmap designed but not built yet. We keep Known issues in the log on purpose — transparency about what isn't finished is part of the product.
Versioned by milestone.
Newest first. Each block keeps the original honesty states intact.
Added
- This public changelog. A weekly summary of real, verifiable changes now lands here every Friday — mirrored from the repository CHANGELOG.✅
- Multilingual blog across 7 locales. Posts in EN, ES, DE, FR, PT, ZH and JA, with hreflang + x-default, JSON-LD, and an explicit AI-crawler stance in llm.txt.✅
- Public directory pages. Network → Community → Room pages on the marketing site — a synthetic mockup of the public directory; backend wiring is next.⚠️
- Methodology made explicit. Agent routing per lifecycle phase and a project board whose status field mirrors the methodology states.✅
Fixed
- Product landing backgrounds. Every section of every product page now carries its own unique background instead of repeating the hero.✅
Removed
- Third-party brand traces. A repository-wide sweep removed traces of an unrelated company’s brands (agent files, docs, bios, git history), and a new CI guard keeps it that way.✅
Added
- Preprod direct deploy (no CI/CD). A rebuild-and-restart script (
scripts/preprod-deploy.sh) puts a service live from the working tree in one command, bypassing docker-publish and the manualdeployworkflow. Prod still goes through the integrity gate. ✅ - Engineering methodology is now binding.
cto.mdcodifies spec-driven + TDD + hexagonal + vertical slicing + MVVM/SDK (R1–R6);AGENTS.mdadds agent routing + GitHub issue/project tracking. ✅
Removed
- Dead
/admin/sisters/route. Static mock page with no backing endpoint — deleted along with its nav group and the orphan frontend-onlysisters:read|writeRBAC actions. ✅
Added
- Complete academic series — 21 papers. P0 overview, the P-A1…A9 core, the P-C1…C10 sector papers, and the P-E1 evaluation protocol. References verified with DOIs, and the honesty discipline formalized (Theorem 3 of the overview). ✅
- P-C10 — reputation-collateralized community credit. A formal design for community credit backed by reputation, with an explicit regulatory perimeter. Design for 2026 and beyond — not built. 🔵
- Missing Sequelize
locationmodel. The/admin/locationsendpoints no longer fail. ✅ - Full backend SDD by reverse engineering. Endpoints, services, jobs, the ER diagram and per-module C4 diagrams, documented from the running system. ✅
Fixed
- 17 catalogued bugs (B1–B17) resolved; the whole tree compiles (309 files). Highlights: environment filtering by community in admin; correct depth cut-off in HAI matchmaking; global placeholder replacement in campaign templates; and SMS validation deduplication. ✅
Removed
- Dead code eliminated. Cloned controllers with no route, empty services, models with no references, and duplicate routes — a net of −2,108 lines. ✅
Known issues (transparency)
- Security program in progress. OWASP / CWE / PCI classes are catalogued, with remediation prioritized. ⚠️
- Three prioritized roadmap blockers. The payment processor is not integrated, matchmaking scoring is disabled, and the wallet is in a mock state. These three are the prioritized blockers on the roadmap. 🔵
Added
- Brand repositioning: Everythink → Everythink Studio. Pitch deck v2 (Dec 2025) lays out the thesis: whitelabel networks plus a super app. ✅
Added
- Presented at the AWS AI Challenge with the Everythink case. ✅
Added
- Everythink enters production. Geospatial topology, a conversational engine of typed questions, and real-time chat. The foundation for everything that came after. ✅
An engine in production since 2016 — and a roadmap we won't pretend is finished.
The same discipline that keeps this changelog honest runs through the platform: the space is the router, and a claim is only Production once its mechanism is implemented and measured.
- ✓Production engine, real history — geospatial topology, typed-question conversation and real-time chat, live since 2016. ✅
- ✓21 papers with verified DOIs — the academic backbone, including the formalized honesty theorem. ✅
- ⚠️Security hardening in progress — OWASP / CWE / PCI classes catalogued, remediation prioritized. ⚠️
- 🔵Three roadmap blockers, named openly — payment processor, matchmaking scoring, and wallet. 🔵
Where to go next.
The changelog is the receipts. These pages are the why and the how.
